This is a suggestion to establish a mechanism for review of change a developer/analyst is ready to begin development. You will see some developers, typically those who are used to working in teams / corporate settings, do this. Some examples are :
- Implantable device list by @RachelEllison/@Rachel_Ellison, or
- Offer for new FHIR feature by @dixonwhitmire (IBM’s Watson Health divison)
Hope we can establish a process where other developers can offer constructive suggestions before lot of development effort is spent and PR becomes a take it or leave it affair. One of the challenges with projects like this is once something is included in the standard code, making any changes to that design can become very complex.
