Thank you so much for the help. Things worked after the following events:
(1) Initially, after receiving the coupon, I went to the Lifemesh website and tried the subscribe button and it would not accept the coupon. I tried multiple times, 5 i think.
(1) Why am i having 4 pending (I guess one was taken up by the coupon) subscriptions in my order? When i view the cart it is empty. How do i get rid of these items in the order?
(2) When i subscribed using the module, it requested for my credit card info and i provided the details. I notice after subscription it says my next billing is on 2021-11-21.
(3) Does it mean after this date, it will auto renew the subscription using my card information? If it does, the how do i cancel the auto renewal?
Sorry to hear you had some trouble trying to register for the subscription. I can confirm from our side that you only have one active subscription. The other 4 can be cleared from the cart if theyâre still there.
Youâre assumption is correct in that you will be billed on a monthly basis after a month has passed since your registration as indicated in the âBilling Cycle Endsâ field in your account summary page.
Should you wish to cancel the auto-renew on your subscription, scroll down in the account summary page and you should find a button that will allow you cancel your subscription. Your account status will change to âNot Activeâ, but you can still use our Telehealth subscription service for the next 30 days.
If you wish to resume your subscription after canceling the auto renew option, you will have the option to do so within the account summary page.

With the holidays quickly approaching, we want to give the community a holiday special by making it even easier to get started with Telehealth. Our new pricing now starts at $9.99 per month and $1.00 for every session served by our Telehealth service in a billing month.
Why this pricing change?
First, weâre no longer charging by 20-minute blocks. Instead, youâll be charged on a per-session basis. Whether the session is 20 minutes or 40 minutes long, the cost for that session remains the same to you. This provides you more price transparency to your monthly Telehealth costs by simply forecasting the number of Telehealth sessions you anticipate to schedule each month.
Second, it wonât cost you $99 USD/month just to get started anymore. Now, with a starting price of $9.99 each month, you can take the time to incorporate Telehealth appointments in your scheduling workflows.
The new pricing model is effective immediately, so you can get started today. If youâre not sure how to start, please follow the instructions here in the Wiki:
Just found this thread today. I am trying to build mobile apps using OpenEMR APIs. I am eager to know how the project is going for those who have tried this earlier??
Twilio is stopping their programmable video services in December 2024 I am currently using Twilio for both voice and video SDKs. But, now I have to switch!
Any new suggestions apart from Zoom?
We have successfully built a mobile app in Ionic framework using OpenEMR APIs. We built a few APIs ourselves as needed. We have also integrated telehealth using our own Jitsi server. Jitsi being open source can be hosted by you and used for telemedicine.
Let me know if you would like any more information, and we could drop in on a call.
Hi Prasoon, the app is not presently available on Play Store, since we push it separately for each client (a white labelled version). I can schedule a demonstration for you though.
