I am using OpenEMR version 5.0.1.4
The hospital where i work has 4 different prescriptions. Each of he prescription have their insurance on it. They have their own logo.
I have placed 4 radio buttons on the prescription form (general_edit.html). The doctor can choose between the 4 prescriptions. I don’t know how to proceed. Can you please help me??
Maybe you will prefer to use the feature of creating a custom prescription with Zend module.
turn on in the globals settings -
It enables a lot of flexibility in the print of the prescriptions.
Please advise if the functionality of this Zend template needs any other module sections installed apart from the “Rxhtml print - zend module” and “Rx pdf - zend Template” selections. On my Rx print out I see a problem that the script prints with just code on the output. Is this related to above or maybe something else? I do see on the error log the following: PHP Warning: Trying to access array offset on value of type bool in C:\xampp\htdocs\openemr\interface\drugs\dispense_drug.php on line 189
On the modules I do have PrescriptionTemplates registered.

I see there is a post in 2020 on this. Please advise further on the issue!!
