Insurance Eligibility - Error: Receiver Unable to find any users with username ' '

This is the error message we get when we click the green button.

Where does the username go in the system?

No information is listed here or I am just missing it.
I looked on this page for the answer.

Oops! That page doesn’t exist or is private.

This would be great if I were building the code from scratch. But doesn’t tell me where the system is looking for a username that is it finding blank.

My error message has changed.

Is the client credentials under Practice setting > X12 Partner?

If it is my credentials are filled out.
