Office Ally Eligibility Check 2022

I have office ally accounts (administrative and other) that are setup. I have activated in Globals->Insurance-> Enable Office Ally Insurance Eligibility. In the online non-administrative account, I am able to do realtime eligibility checks for a patient free. When trying to access this capability in openemr, even though I meet the parameters of keep the assigned username and password at 10 characters or less, it says"Error:Receiver Unable to find any users with username ‘myusername’ when clicking the Update Status button under the Eligibility tab. All entered parameters are correct according to solution area.

Do I have to have a RealTime Eligibility Request User Agreement in place with Office Ally for this function to work via this 3rd party software which they swear can’t happen since I don’t use practice mate?
