Input lab results onto patient

Hello all, i am interested in inputting some lab results onto a patients profile. What is the easiest way to add the data to the user’s profile that can be queried later?

Whether uploading the lab results in Documents->Lab report suits your need.

So, I went under Documents > Lab Report and that does not really suit my need. I would like to be able to enter the lab information and be able query the actual information contained in the lab document.
