ICD9/ICD10 codes installation

Hi,

Deployed openemr-6.0.0 version.
Administration > coding > External loads.
During the installation of ICD9/ICD10 codes, the installation keep-on loading for more than 2Hrs and no result. Tried to install after changing the permissions of the source file(icd-9-cm-v32-master-descriptions.zip) under the “openemr/contrib/icd9/” and still remain same.

thanks in advance.

Hi,

Thanks for your response.

This settings needs to be turned on only for ICD10 or for ICD9 as well ?

Made changes in configuration file(php.ini) from below link. The “mysqli.allow_local_infile” is changed to On and still the installation loading for more than one and half an hour and no result.

hi @Dhayananda_T, restart the webserver, to confirm correct settings use phpinfo()

Hi @stephenwaite,

I have restarted both webserver(Nginx) and php7.3-fpm service, after changes made in php.ini configuration file.

Hereby attached phpinfo( ) of my server.

Is Nginx webserver can make difference from apache2 server or either of server can use?

hi @Dhayananda_T, do you see the "mysqli.allow_local_infile = On " setting?

hi @stephenwaite, yes. I have updated settings "mysqli.allow_local_infile = On " allow and followed below link completely.

https://www.open-emr.org/wiki/index.php/FAQ#What_are_the_correct_PHP_settings_.28can_be_found_in_the_php.ini_file.29.3F

and restart the webserver after changing the settings.

do you see the setting on the phpinfo page? if yes then check php error logs for something else that may be interfering

systemctl restart php-fpm

@stephenwaite Thanks for your valuable information.
