Error loading optical exam!

Eye Exam Screen doesn't show all components and Spins

@stephenwaite Nice, after i applied the first patch i can see all the components. Thanks for your help. Also one another thing I am noticing on my & demo instance that a warning appears “Warning: Read only mode” and I can’t save anything only on PMSFH box. Any suggestions?. Thanks.
