Is there any API for updating family history and Lifestyle issue under Patient History tab

@Nandu_Raj I’m unclear re: your question. The picture you posted appears to be ready to enter the information on the lifestyle tab; when finished click the ‘save’ button to update.

By ‘an API to update the information’ do you mean for example, uploading a file with lifestyle info in it and changing the info on the lifestyle tab?
If so, then no, this is a strictly manual function that maintains some of the patient data that serve as triggers for OpenEMR’s Clinical Decision Reminders capabilities.

OpenEMR does have a MU2 certified CCR/CCD import/ export capability which can update some history items. Look here for some forum entries on that, and also search the wiki on it.

CCR XML file import

The 5.0 version of has menu items that appear to be intended to import CCR XML files. Has anyone been able to actually to that. This is going to be important for conversions from Practice Fusion (which are getting numerous). The CCR files a large. At this point OpenEMR is saying “Succcesful Import” see Pending Approvals, but nothing shows up there and there are not errors in the log files. Thoughts?
