Announcing OVForms - An AI Workflow for OpenEMR and AI-powered Visual Visit Forms Builder

Hello All,

My Name is Alex Glim, the managing director of OVForms.com.

I wanted to be on the Tier1 vendor list, sponsoring OpenEMR with $100/month and wanted to touch base first, and seek advice of course.

OVForms is an AI powered platform that provides 2 core services for OpenEMR providers.

  1. AI-Powered visual encounter forms builder, providing smart, interactive visit forms in seconds

  2. AI workflow that automates and autocompletes patients visits including code recommendation and feesheet population. Just a couple of lines in the chief complain, and all is built, it’s amazing, I promise.

Also, I wanted to announce the birth of OVForms to the community. What are the best ways, can we go on the newsletter? We’ll also be making videos for the community YouTube channel, how do we submit. Sorry if the email is overwhelming.

I’m ready to make the commitment. Just let me know if anything I need to consider.

Thank you so much,

Alex

Hi @alexglim, thanks for the news. Please head over to the professional support page to see how to join the vendor list.

Thanks Stephen, Will do. Do you have information on best way to announce to the community, the newsletter? or similar? best-practice setup if you will.

Thanks, Again

Alex

Hi @alexglim Welcome to the community!

I’m no OpenEMR Authority but I’ve been working with a vendor in the OpenEMR community for a dozen years or so.

I’m curious, how familiar are you with the OpenEMR Community itself? Your intro sounds like you’ve studied the EMR but the questions you ask make me wonder how familiar you are with your target audience. IMO, frequent posts in this forum to relevant topics will give you visibility in the community and also give you some clue about the needs you might want to meet.

If it’s applicable, here’s a link to a forum post that outlines what resources are already available so you can study what aspect of the OpenEMR information ecosystem you’re trying to fit into: After Installation of OpenEMR

I’m curious about your business model. Reviewing your website it looks like you’re charging by the form that you create for a customer rather than offering support for a tool that can be used by the customer to make their own forms. Is that the case?

I’m sure we’re all looking forward to your contributions to the OpenEMR community!

Best- Harley

Thanks, Harley,

You’re correct. I’ve been an OpenEMR user and implementer for years, but first time as a vendor. I will check the resource you sent, and will make the sponsership contribution after the weekend.

in short, OVForms does two things. visual builder that users can create complext visit forms in second by describing the form to AI or upload a PDF, and more, and OVForms will transfer it OpenEMr visit form and provide thye’re form package to download and install. I’ve been using this feature myself, very productive. you buy download credits for that. the other service is AI agent that connects to your OpenEMR practice via API, and it pulls patients records and visits and medicalinfo, and it creates the visit for you automatically, and even creates the Feesheet with all codes, in seconds. this is $20/month per provider subscription. I would love if you can create an account, and I’ll grant you download credits to test, and enable OVAI API to test as well. Just leyt me know, or I’ll keep an eye on your user coming through. Thanks for the help,

Best of luk
