XAMMP Openemr date and time off by years

Good Day Team

I am running OpenEMR on XAMPP. The issuse is that the time and date and incorrect by several years ealier.
I have time adjusting the time zones as posted https://sourceforge.net/p/openemr/discussion/202505/thread/4884c8be/

However times zones is not the issue. It is just showing a wrong year and time.

Please advises as to how to correct.

Can you post a screenshot of where the time is wrong?

Also can you post your php.ini setting where you changed the timezone setting?

Does it look like this?

[Date]
; Defines the default timezone used by the date functions
; http://php.net/date.timezone
date.timezone ="UTC"

What is the date and time set to on the server itself?

Apologies, but these are all the troubleshooting questions I can come up with without sitting next to you.

Thank you for your response. I checked the server system time and that seemed to be the problem. I think the bios battery needs to be changed.
