There have been no coding changes. The top image is what ours look like and the bottom image is what Availity says it is supposed to look like.
Every claim looks this way. I have tried changing the claim types from standard to medi-cal to each one by one and the format stays the same. Before I just into the code. I checked all the settings against a system that is working fine. All the settings are correctly entered.
Is there a setting somewhere else that affects the x12/837 format?
