X12 billing error: *** billing contact name in 1000A loop is empty

Situation
I can’t figure out this issue and where to enter this billing contact name.
This is the only error I get when I validate the X12.

" *** billing contact name in 1000A loop is empty."

Anyone know how to resolve this?

I did search that. I spent hours researching trying to understand the issue.
I decided to scour though all the settings again and I figured it out earlier today, it was quite simple.

In the Admin/Clinic/Facilities settings, the “Billing Attn” box needed to be filled in.

Do you have the x12 partner name filled out in the Practice Settings?

Yes, its filled out. I submitted the X12 claim yesterday and it went through fine.
It was just the empty “Billing Attn” box that was the issue.
