Woodpecker Copilot: AI-Powered Clinical Assistant for OpenEMR

Hi everyone,

We’re excited to introduce Woodpecker Copilot, a powerful AI-powered assistant designed to streamline clinical workflows directly within OpenEMR. Whether you’re handling documentation, guiding patient interactions, or managing pre-visit processes, Woodpecker helps you reclaim time and improve care quality.

What Woodpecker Copilot Does:

  • Ambient Scribing: Automatically transcribes doctor-patient conversations into structured visit notes.
  • Patient Instructions: Generates personalized post-visit care instructions in plain language.
  • Pre-Visit Automation: Collects structured patient history before the visit
  • Specialty-Aware AI: Optimized for 20+ specialties, primary care, cardiology, pain medicine, oncology, and more.

Now Available as a Module for OpenEMR
