I was considering adding a “How I do it…” pertaining to the faxing of prescriptions to the Wiki but when clicking on Account Request on the ACCOUNT REQUEST AND WIKI AUTHORSHIP PRIMER page I am advised that there is “no such special page”. Am I missing something. Has the page been replaced? What to do?

The wiki (mediawiki) was recently upgraded to a new version. Rather than do the auto-registration, will likely just do manual registration for now. Just send the following to me at brady.g.miller@gmail.com .

Then I’ll set up the account and email you temp credentials.
