Why the date is showing yesterday date?

The date today is 13th December, but why the date showing is yesterday?
Is it the coding problem or the OpenEMR setting problem?

The issue is not with coding / openemr Settings. Kindly checks your system (Where OpenEMR is installed) Date and Time settings and also clear the browser history.
