Thanks for this @robert.down. Do I just have to drop it into somewhere like one of these directories:
openemr/interface/forms/coronavirus
openemr/interface/forms/who-ncov-crf
(to take 2 examples of a name from its URL)

Yes, once the form gets built it’ll be a folder that you drop in the interface/forms directory and follow that wiki to install and activate.
