Where to download the official ICD-10 database?

Situation
Hello, sir / madam

I am a healthcare pharmacist in China and I want to know where to download the latest official ICD-10 database? The open-EMR php script needs the raw ICD-10 database to enable the ICD coding function. Thank you.

OpenEMR Version
I’m using OpenEMR version v5.0.1 (6)

Browser:
I’m using: Safari

Operating System
I’m using: macOS Mojave 10.14.5

Did you check the logs? Was there anything pertinent in them? Paste them here (surround with three backticks (```) for readability

hi @TomHsiung, it’s installed at Admin->Other->External Dataloads->ICD10

So, I can get the zip files from the open-EMR package. But how about different language version of that ICD-10 database?

And can I import the ICD-10 data from these zip files into other EHR systems?
