Where did Billing Manger go?

I just upgraded to 6.1.0(1) and can’t find the Bililng Manger option under the Fee main menu. Is there another place to process CMS-1500 claims these days? An option I’m missing?

Issue was fixed after deleting contents of /sites/default/documents/smarty/main. My “Out” appointment block is also no longer orange. Happy times.

Upon further tinkering, I’ve found that the menu was disabled with the “Simplified Demographics” options. This option also disables the ability to add insurance information to a patient’s chart.

At least I figured out the orange Out appointment.
