when trying to add a medicine to the pts prescription, upscrolling releals this error.
below error is displayed

Hi @Robert_James have you solve this one? i also have a similar error although its not on the prescription, but on the patient signature and in the error logs i also get a similar error with you pointing to " sites/default/documents/smarty/main/xxxxxxxx. file.general_edit.html.ph"

BadmintonRJ - Login pl try the code saved here. i have saved all my openemr edits here so that i dont have to run here n there when the files are over written during upgrades etc. :slight_smile: i think it si this file. rename ur original file and copy the code of this file and save it n see if it works.

Hi @Robert_James, thank you for this, but this is already been fixed now, and in our case the caused on the error is that some of the php dependency was not properly installed.
