Dr David Franske asked if the vitals could be viewed while in the soap note. This way he did not have to be switching back and forth to remember what the vitals are while writing the soap note. He sent me a picture of what he wanted it possibly look like. Here are the end results.
It is a fully functioning vitals page within the soap note.

What do you mean by auto create soap notes?
The first note for the patient can be created from a template or from the provider typing it out manually.
The notes there after can be pulled forward from the previous note.
