Vitals form is not showing up

openemr version 5 patch 7 when click on vitals form shows blank.
log error message:
[Mon Feb 19 09:59:46.843819 2018] [:error] [pid 1331] [client 98.xxx.30.1xx:50189] PHP Notice: Undefined variable: results in /var/www/html/openemr/interface/forms/vitals/C_FormVitals.class.php on line 93, referer: https://roxxx/openemr/interface/patient_file/encounter/load_form.php?formname=dictation.

Please advice about how to fix this issue.

hi @robertovasquez, do you see any other relevant log error messages? Usually “Notices” don’t cause a blank form.

Thanks Stephan, you statement is correct. After I clear the session data in the heap the problem is gone.
