Visit forms menu

On this menu for Patient/Client --> Visit Forms I had turned off some of these forms but they still show on the menu and some that I didn’t turn off show in the menu but you cannot click on the menu item to open it. Am I missing something?

We tried to reproduce the issue but we unfortunately we couldn’t. We followed the steps described below.

  • Navigate to “Administrator->Other->Forms” .
  • Disabled the required form and updated.
  • Reload the page to reflect the changes.
    If still issue persists, could you share some additional details like OpenEMR version?
