And to confirm, are you using 502 or 600? What I am trying to see is the checkbox list when you go to the following (See highlighted in yellow). By going to settings that way, we can see what is happening for that user. Going to the settings via Administration -> Globals won’t give us the check-boxes.

… I am using 502(5) … The special “user” > Settings (Default was unchecked) was the issue … I was not accessing the settings from the “User” menu … when I looked there and changed to the “default” setting the issue went away … AWESOME. THANK YOU!
