Users added in version 6.0 U4 show up in Insurance Numbers and under the Calendar as providers

Alright, using the “OpenEMR 6.0.0 Main Demo” which you can find at

There are these users in the database:

Out of those users, admin (Billy Smith), clinician (Fred Stone), nap1957 (Nigel Pool) and physician (Donna Lee) are the only users who have calendar access. This is the insurance numbers page which you have mentioned above:

As you can see, only the users with a checkmark in calendar are listed in the insurance numbers page.
Only those users will have an appointment schedule in the calendar.
This should be the behavior or your own installation.

Thank you so much. Now I get it about the users and their showing up in Calendars! I must have missed this in the docs. But now that you have answered my question, others can benefit.

Well, we do realize that different countries have different systems and that everyone understands the manual differently. We also realize that the wiki needs updating.
Do you recall the section that you read? I could update it.
