Use Visolve patient portal with Openemr

Hello,
I am quite new here and discovered Visolve is integrated with openemr via this post. I followed the respective links shared in the post to try it. After creating a patient and generating patient portal login credentials, I can’t login with credentials on Visolve.
Did I miss something? Any pointers to documentation on using Visolve with Openemr?
