Hi,
You need to work on the function “printRecDataOne” in file /library/report.inc to restructure the patient section in superbill template. But it will also affect other places like Insurance data section where the function “printRecDataOne” is used if you restructure. Else write new function for patient section alone and call that function from /interface/reports/custom_report_range.php
