I am using openemr version 5 and did some cutomization in patient forms.now i want to upgrade it to latest version of openemr 7.how can I upgrade it along with all my customizations?
I have checked the documentation for upgrade.but it works for the one with no custom fields.
Database field changes
Standard upgrade typically does not delete fields. But changes to use of the tables should be checked.
Layouts
Patient demographics and other forms that use layouts may be unaffected.
PHP scripts
You will have to manually reconcile the changes in testing setup.

I can upgrade from version 5 to version 7 directly or do I need to upgrade version by version from 5.0.1 to 7.0.2?
