I run a small chiropractic practice using OpenEMR 5.0.2 hosted on AWS. AWS has notified me that my MySQL 8.0 database will need upgrading before 2026, and I’m looking for someone experienced with OpenEMR and AWS to review my setup and advise on the best path forward.
