Unable to Update QOH by Lot # (Immunizations)

Hello,

I have OpenEMR version 7.0.2.

I figured out how to add drugs to the inventory, how to add an immunization to a record, and how to update the inventory using the fee sheet.

However, when I use the fee sheet to decrement the QOH for a drug with multiple lot #s I don’t have the option to select which lot #'s QOH should be decremented. So, my over all QOH for a given drug does go down, but it is not always for the lot # listed in the immunization record.

Looking at the examples below I administered for the drug with lot # (X018904), however, the lot #(X014954) was the one deprecated. Both lots started at 100.

Has anyone solved this issue? Appreciate any help.

Hi @JuanN ,
The image below is for billing. You do not need to use the lot# here. For billing you will need the CPT, HCPCS, ICD10 and NDC.

Thanks for the prompt response.

I agree - I won’t need lot # for billing. However, billing for an encounter is the only way that I have been able to deprecate the inventory. If not via the billing section then were can I signify that I have 1 less of a vaccine? Also, how then can I signify which lot # of that vaccine I have less of?

Let me know your thoughts?

Thanks.
