Unable to start session on OpenEMR when it has long time without use

Situation
Hello. I have 2 databases created by MariaDB (one database is used daily). With the other database, I am unable to start session on OpenEMR when it has long time without use. I used the post: Unable to change ADMIN password, but these recomendations don’t work in this case and the OpenEMR session on Firefox continues blocked.

OpenEMR Version
I’m using OpenEMR version 7.0.0 patch 1.

Browser:
I’m using: Firefox

Operating System
I’m using: Ubuntu server 22.04.3 LTS with Mate Desktop.

I don’t know how to insert your Dumping data.
I see the line: users_secure |BASE TABLE| but I don’t know to use your file user_secure (2).sql
Do you have a tutorial that explain how to do in this case?

Check the other user parameters for the ‘admin’ account. It may not be active, or the date of the last password update may be outside the reset interval specified in your security settings.

I don’t know how to entry to OpenEMR session in this case.
