Unable to Reset MFA

Hi,

I came across this weird situation.
One of our providers secured her account with MFA TOTP.
She thought she had scanned the QR code while setting it up, but nothing in her Authenticator app.
Now, she is not able to login.
As the admin, I can reset her password, but MFA cannot be reset.
Is there any way to fix this problem?
Your help will be greatly appreciated.

hi @Prasoon , you have to go into the dabatase table login_mfa_registrations and delete her entry.
