Unable to create New Patient in Chrome

Hello everyone,

I have started to use chrome in my office more often. Everyone knows different websites respond differently to different browsers. Example: Allscripts works much better for me with Chrome.

Since upgrading to 5.0.0, we are unable to “Create New Patient” in Chrome.

So my staff creates new patients with Firefox then returns to Chrome for the majority of her work.

Any thoughts?

hi @nursejeff, i think if you clear the cache the problem will go away

Thanks. Clearing the Chrome cache worked for us too. Recently upgraded from 4.2.2 > 5.0.0 > 5.0.1 using the method posted in Upgrade 5.0.0 to 5.0.1 and getting Unknown column 'group_id' in 'field list' .
