I also posted this in support, but I think that is way over my head. I am a new user and made some changes as I was learning the software. Now, I cant add a new patient. It says URL not found. I accidentally deleted the demographics group under form layout, so I tried to manually add the fields back. I am wondering if its something related to that, or perhaps another setting. But its so new, that I have no idea what to try next. Any help is appreciated.

Sorry I didn’t see this til today, hope you haven’t gotten too discouraged since you posted.
Often people jump right in without doing the prelim steps. Nothing wrong with that but it can lead to malfunctions.
Was your newly installed OpenEMR functional? It should have the same capabilities as this OpenEMR demo:

The login is admin/ pass.
Note that demo has no demo data, e.g., patients yet, but that’s what your properly installed instance should look like right off the bat.
Then, you’ll need to follow these instructions to add the patients:
Can’t tell from your post if you’ve heard about the wiki but it has a lot of interesting stuff in it. It is a little wonky to navigate; if you’d like come back here and I’ll give you some tips.
