Hello, is there a way to track and sell various bundles of services for example (quantity 8 - 30 minute treadmill sessions ) . I would like to be able to mark off with the date when the session was used and see remaining sessions . I hope this makes sense .
The word “bundled” has a very specific meaning in the EMR/Billing world.
The question at hand is, “Can an order/service span multiple encounter dates”
Initially I’d guess it can be done with an LBF Form, though I’d have to tinker with it.
Another thought would be to treat the service as a prescription and assign it to your own, in house “pharmacy.” Then you could use the number of refills as the number of services left and on each encounter mark a refil
