Situation
I was using OpenEMR-7.0.2 and it was working fine, then I got an email of new patch of it, OpenEMR-7.0.2 (2), so I downloaded it but it giving an error on the patient page where there is Dashboard, Authorization, Documents, Intake etc. So, when I click on these categories it gives an error: "Not Found

The requested URL was not found on this server.

Apache/2.4.58 (Win64) OpenSSL/3.1.3 PHP/8.2.12 Server at localhost Port 80" I have checked the logs which I have given it below.
Please assist me how to set it.

Secondly, reduce the depth of your directory path or match path in your virtual host.
