Situation
When i visit the Admin → System → API Clients page, i get the following error

There was an OpenEMR SQL Escaping ERROR of the following string dsi_source_attributes

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

7.0.4

Do you have any registered clients? Have you updated your sql database for this issue? Its been 3days so hopefully this is resolved. If it continues, please open an issue on github.

The only change i did to the database was to upgrade from OpenEMR v7.0.3 to 7.0.4
