Bug report:
In the globals, the facility field can be hidden. However, when it is hidden, the information that needs to go into the form_encounter table does not get entered.
I tested it out on Lidia Escobedo. Her claim was missing the facility information. I unhid the facility on the encounter and all I did was open and saved it. Then the facility information populates on her claim. I will turn this in as a bug to the community to see how they want to fix it. For now, to fix the issue on the claim. Open the encounter and save it again. It will fix all of the claims automatically
What should we do about it? Any suggestions?
