Situation
In version 7.0.0 we used have themes such as Ash Blue, Burgundy, Chocolate etc.
While these are shown at the time of installation they are not present in Global Settings.

We removed. Too many to support. They’re easy to add one back if you want to get someone to do for you.
Oh no! We use them to differentiate one instanace of OpenEMR from another, a visual clue so that users are aware of which they’re logging in to and using.
The 7.0.2 release annoucement mentioned “Theme/Style Improvements” but nothing else AFAIK.
Fortunately 7.0.2 at least fixes the ability to have a unique name on the login page, which had stopped working.
Same here. We have been using it to differenciate Experimental, Development, Staging and Production Environments.
