The PDF output while printing reports cuts off most of the encounter matter

BIG ISSUE - MUST SOLVE - PLZ PLZ PLZ fix the pdf output of the encounters. the pdf format looks so nice while printing but most of the encounter matter gets cut off in the pdf output. PLZ PLZ someone fix it or plz tell me the files which to modify so that I can play around a bit and try my luck…Plz help here!

Never worked since 4.1.2.

I will try…actually it works good with the demographics and history form but when I use my own forms or LBF forms, and if the field length of the form is more (Suppose using text area for present history input), then it cuts off…otherwise it does good work.

This has been a problem at least since OpenEMR v2.7, and is still an issue. It’s one of the most critical system bugs, as far as functionality goes. If a practice needs to print a many, or all, of a patient’s records, there’s no simple way to do that as long as the patient report creator is fundamentally flawed. Unfortunately, it’s going to be a time consuming job to fix. We have looked into this, and it’s not so much a fix, as a complete rewrite of the reporting module, especially if you have more complex locally installed encounter forms that need to be output.
