Template for progress notes?

I’ve spent some time trying to figure out if there is any way to build and apply templates for progress notes (since it will probably save doctors a lot of time). However I am not able to find any instructions on this.

Is there any existing functionality in openEMR to allow you apply template to progress note (and how)?

Are the physicians comfortable typing their entries?

If they are comfortable typing, use LBV Forms.

If they are not, use the specialized version of Layout Based Visit Form, NationNotes.

At this time there is no compendium of LBV forms except an Ophthalmology set, which contains both LBV and NationNote Forms.
