Goal
Get a GPL friendly video call solution in place for patient (portal)<->doctor (EMR) telemedicine encounters.
Notes
- Use WebRTC
- Skip Peer.js as it has been found to be stale thanks to @sjpadgett’s research
- If there’s no good GPL friendly video call solutions, simply write a mostly empty JavaScript interface that the user can edit themselves so as to add a non-free WebRTC solution (document in wiki). @jboyd13 has researched Doxy.me in the past, for example.
