Strange 2.8.3 Calendar Issue

I added a new therapist to OpenEMR recently and I noticed that the new therapist’s schedule was not visible on other PC’s, just my laptop.  The only thing that was different was that I added the therapist to OpenEMR from my laptop at a remote location.   I was using my login and never really noticed this until today when I logged in at a different PC.  I logged in with other user accounts at different PC’s and noticed the same issue.  I resolved this by recreating the therapist’s schedule on a PC other than my laptop.  Now her schedule is visible for all users and  PC’s.  This was strange.

Does anyone have a theory of why this happened?  GACL?

Man, that’s strange. Since OpenEMR is web based and does not record the IP address of the machine that created the user account I can’t explain this off the-top-of-my-head.

Are you running two OpenEMR systems and accidentally added the therapist to the second one?

No, just one system.  I have been keeping on eye on the scheduling since and everything seems good.  We have upgraded to 2.9.0 as well.  It could have been a cache issue perhaps.

I’m still drawing a blank. Unless you have more info I think we can chalk this up to a one time abnormality.

Yes, I agree Jason.  So far this has not happened again.
