Stop OpenEMR Records being removed every day from 2-4PM IST

Hi @brady.miller,

I’m new to openEMR. I usually see that the services of openEMR is getting down from 2-4 pm IST and all my records are getting removed from the portal after that. Is there any way through which the services never goes down and our data should be saved in the openEMR? Please provide the solution for this issue.

@rahul735214 Are you using the OpenEMR demos for your practice? The demos are reset every single day and are not supposed to be used for your production data. They are meant for demonstration purposes only. If you like the service you will need to setup your own instance of OpenEMR or contact an OpenEMR vendor to set one up for you.
