I have a client that wants to exclude patients and insurance companies from the statement run with out having to mark then each run. Has anyone accomplished this.

No response from the group so I am guessing that no one has tackled this.
I have made changes that will allow the user to specify a minimum amount for the statement amount to be printed (IE if the statement is less that or equal to say 10 dollars do not print it). I have it setup as a global entry.
Next item is to add a field to exclude a specific patient and also a specific insurance company.

Insurance company will be based on the insurance company table with the addition of a field for “Allow Statements” or Patient Statements" Should it just be based on primary insurance company?
The patient can be done by adding a field to demographics “Send Statement”
