I had a similar problem. It came down to one word. I had to do a lot of trial and error to figure it out.
If you have the word “Pharm_cy” (replace _ with a), it calls the message spam. Remove or change the word and it is ok.
There are probably other words too that trigger this. Maybe you can see if it is possible to change their algorithm.
