SOAP Form: Need Help With New Fields & Form Name

Hello OpenEMR community. I am trying to both customize and rename the SOAP form in the OpenEMR system. I have successfully given the SOAP form a nickname, however when viewing past encounters the form shows the old name. (SCREENSHOT ATTACHED). Can someone please point me in the right direction for how to get this form name changed?

@Jeremiah_Barrett,
Nicknames are displayed based on condition specified in the file. You can able to view a condition stating to display nickname values. If nickname is not present then form names will get displayed.
File location : interface/patient_file/encounter/forms.php
But in viewing past encounters, we are displaying form names not nick names.
So you can customize the code to display nicknames in past encounter screen.

You can change it through Admin/System/Language.
