Smart on fhir app Documentation

Can someone please point me in the right direction to find documentation on using a SMART on fhir app within OPEN EMR? I have searched through the wiki but did not see it.

And how to add a link to a smart app within OPENEMR GUI for the user?

This is the app I would like to test.
