Situation
I upgraded to the newest version, and have not been able to create new patient since
OpenEMR Version
I’m using OpenEMR version 7.04

Logs
Did you check the logs?
Was there anything pertinent in them?

You can also turn on User Debugging under Administration->Globals->Logging User Debugging Options=>All
‘‘‘Get a popup with this message: The requested URL was not found on this server. I have tracked it in the console/network window of the browser and the farthest I have gotten is that it seems to be asking for
https://circleemr.fccircle.org/interface/new/new_search_popup.php&close
returning a 404 error and the displaying error message.
