Setting Up Lab Orders

I am having a hard time seeing where we setup Lab orders. I see a place to load a compendium, but can we enter manual lab orders? Also, does anyone know of a test compendium I can load somewhere in order to test the lab ordering out? I know Quest used to give one in the past, but I can’t see to find it.

This document is still valid. I do not know where a test compendium can be found.
